◇Regarding rank downgrades◇

For customers with Silver membership or higher, if you have not visited our store for more than one year since your last visit, your membership rank will be downgraded by one level.

◎Examples of rank downgrades

Silver Member → Regular Member (Red Point Card)
Gold Member → Silver Member
- Black Member → Gold Member
Rainbow Member → Black Member

◎ About points

After being demoted in rank,Your current point balance will be carried over.We will now issue you a new rank of point card.

【Example】
If you have accumulated 23 points on your 30th Black Member points card
→ Gold Member Point Card (1st card)23 pointsThis is where we'll start.

Incidentally,Expired point cards issued before the rank downgrade can still be used.
