I joined the company without any experience in the customer service industry, such as in a cabaret club, and I feel it will take some time for me to get used to the glamorous atmosphere. Also, before applying, I didn't realize on the job listing page that there would be some deeper customer service content, like mini-games, so I was a little confused about that part. However, I find it very appealing that the seniors are all so kind and mentoring me, and that I can take very comprehensive lessons for free.

I used to only watch shows, but I went to the carnival for an interview with the thought that I wanted to try dancing too. Now I'm busy every day with practice and lessons, but I'm very happy that the customers support me directly and the harder I work the more they reward me with tips! There's nothing that bothers me or that I dislike, but if I had to say, I guess I'm a bit worried about the dressing rooms being small.

Working environment
If you love dancing, you can take lessons for free, learn customer service, and get paid, so I think it's a great place to work. It's close to the station, so it's easy to get to work. Even if you have a side job or don't want to show your face, you can work freely because photography is prohibited at the store.
● Relationship
I had an image that night shops would be awkward, but everyone in the cast is very kind and makes you feel at home.If you like dancing, you can try many different genres, and you can also see the talented dancers up close, which is a great learning experience. It is a shop that requires team play, so it may not be suitable for children who are not good at running alone or cooperating.
● Other
The staff and cast are very sympathetic and listen to what you have to say, and many of them are hard workers, which really motivates me. I can practice whenever I want, so the harder I work, the better my skills will improve. As this is a shop that tries a lot of different things, the rules change all the time, which can be difficult, but it's also very rewarding. There are lots of girls around who will listen to me if I have any complaints, so it's a fun shop. I'm glad I worked here.

I've never danced or served customers, but it seems like it's going to be fun, and the hourly wage is good, so let's try it!Even if you are a beginner, you can manage it, and you can really enjoy every day, and this income is a god.At the last event, I was surprised to earn 1 a day just with tips...! !I want to continue even after graduating from university!
